2 CUP Flour
1 TSP Salt
4 TSP Baking Powder
3 TBL Shortening
3/4 CUP Milk
Mix well and add milk to make a soft dough, drop by TBL into stew or soup.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes. DO NOT OPEN COVER until 15 minutes.
*** With care, you can make a well in the center of a few tablespoons of dough
        and insert a tsp of strawberry jam, then form into a large ball, drop in
        lightly boiling water for 20 minutes.  Serve with ice cream for a desert.
