Strawberry Confection

1 lb Coconut - dry, shredded
1 Cup Unblanched Almonds
1 3oz Strawberry Jell-O
1 tsp Sugar
15 oz Condensed Milk
1 tsp Red Food Coloring
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 Cup Red Crystal Sugar
Artificial Strawberry leafs and stems*

Grind coconut and almonds, add dry Jell-O and sugar, mix.

Add milk, food coloring and vanilla, mix well. 

Chill, covered for one hour.

Shape into strawberries by teaspoon. Roll in red sugar.

Store in refrigerator for 6-8 hours before serving.

Insert leaf and stem just before serving.
