|1||lb||Coconut - dry, shredded|
|1||tsp||Red Food Coloring|
|1/4||Cup||Red Crystal Sugar|
|Artificial Strawberry leafs and stems*|
Grind coconut and almonds, add dry Jell-O and sugar, mix.
Add milk, food coloring and vanilla, mix well.
Chill, covered for one hour.
Shape into strawberries by teaspoon. Roll in red sugar.
Store in refrigerator for 6-8 hours before serving.
Insert leaf and stem just before serving.
