| 1 | lb | Coconut - dry, shredded | ||
| 1 | Cup | Unblanched Almonds | ||
| 1 | 3oz | Strawberry Jell-O | ||
| 1 | tsp | Sugar | ||
| 15 | oz | Condensed Milk | ||
| 1 | tsp | Red Food Coloring | ||
| 1 | tsp | Vanilla | ||
| 1/4 | Cup | Red Crystal Sugar | ||
| Artificial Strawberry leafs and stems* | ||||

Grind coconut and almonds, add dry Jell-O and sugar, mix. Add milk, food coloring and vanilla, mix well. Chill, covered for one hour. Shape into strawberries by teaspoon. Roll in red sugar. Store in refrigerator for 6-8 hours before serving. Insert leaf and stem just before serving. *leaf and stems from cooking store. |
