Potato Wedges
3 lbs Potatoes, clean and cut into 6 wedges
1 1/2 TBL Toasted Onion Flakes
1 TBL Garlic Granules
3/4 Cup Olive Oil
  Salt and Pepper to taste, or leave out
  Same with red pepper flakes or red pepper

Preheat toaster oven to 400 F.  Mix all in a Ziploc bag.

Place on flat pan in a single layer, skin side up.

Cook 15 minutes, then turn, skin side stays up. Cook another 15 minutes.

If tender, all finished, some potatoes will take 15 to 30 minutes longer.
