Cream of Tartar
Cut shortening into the dry, then mix in milk.
Knead a few times to get to a ball shape
Pat out on lightly floured board to inch thick or so.
Cut with sharp cutter, push down then turn.
Bake 400 for 15
*4 tsp Baking Powder can be a replacement
** May need another 1/4 if it does not form a ball
