Pumpkin Bread
 
15 oz Pumpkin - canned
3 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Oil
2/3 Cup Water
4 Eggs
3 1/2 Cups Flour
2 tsp Soda
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Ginger

Heat oven to 350F. Grease and flour bottom only of 2 8x4 loaf pans.

In a large bowl, blend first five items.

Beat 1 minute at medium speed.

Add rest, blend at low speed until moist. 

Beat 1 minute at medium speed.

Pour batter into pans.

Bake at 350F for 60-75 minutes. Check with toothpick until clean.

Cool 5 minutes and remove from pans.

Cool completely before cutting.
