Cashew Cherry Fudge
2 Tbl Butter
3 5 oz Hershey Milk Chocolate Bars
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cups Cashews - Chopped (finer for the softer version)
10 oz Maraschino Cherries (Drained & Chopped)
8 oz Vanilla Micro Marshmallows (1/4 inch, dehydrated)
1 tsp Almond Extract (gives more taste to cherries).
Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler, then blend in milk and whisk.
(For firmer, heat the milk in double boiler, then add chocolate and cook until melted)

Mix the rest in a large bowl, then add the melted chocolate. 
Pour into 13x9 pan, lined with parchment for easy removal.

Chill overnight.
Micro marshmallows are hard and crunchy, not the fluffy type, 
heat does not melt them as easy. Available at My Store Spices
Skip the Chocolate, taste like cocoa in this recipe.
