| 2 | CUP | Zucchini - Raw/Grated | ||
| 1/2 | CUP | Chocolate Bits | ||
| 1/2 | CUP | Chopped Nuts | ||

Cream margarine, add oil and sugar. Beat eggs in one at a time. Blend in vanilla and buttermilk. Sift dry items in and mix well. Stir in zucchini, chocolate and nuts. Pour into shortening and floured pan. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes. |
