2 Cups Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
4 TBL Buttered - softened
2 1/2 TBL Sugar
2 Eggs
3 TBL Rum
oil for deep frying
powdered sugar for dusting

Mix all together and knead for 15 minutes,

 until dough is light and pliable

Divide in two parts and make rolls about 1/2 wide. 

Cut into 2 inch pieces.

Deep fry in hot oil, a few at a time, until golden brown. Drain and dust.
