| oil for deep frying | ||||
| powdered sugar for dusting | ||||

Mix all together and knead for 15 minutes, until dough is light and pliable Divide in two parts and make rolls about 1/2 wide. Cut into 2 inch pieces. Deep fry in hot oil, a few at a time, until golden brown. Drain and dust.
