Lemon-Orange Pound Cake
 
2 1/2 CUP Flour
1 1/2 CUP Sugar
3 TSP Baking Powder
1/2 TSP Salt
3/4 CUP Orange Juice
3/4 CUP Oil
2 TSP Lemon Extract
4 Eggs

Heat oven to 325F.  Shortening and flour a 12 cup fluted pan.

In a large bowl, combine all items until moist.

Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.

Pour into pan.  Bake 40-50 minutes, check with toothpick until clean.

Let stand for 10 minutes before removing.
