Soft Ginger Bread
Mary Birt
1 CUP Butter
1/2 CUP Brown Sugar
2 CUP Molasses
1 CUP Milk
1 TSP Baking Soda
3 Eggs
2 TSP Ginger
1 TSP Cinnamon
1/4 TSP Salt
3 1/2 CUP Flour

Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes or until top springs back when touched.
