Rhubarb Jam

3 Cup Rhubarb - cut fine
1 Cup Pineapple - Crushed and drained
4 Cup Sugar
1 pkg Jello Strawberry

Mix first 3 items and place on stove in a porcelain pan on medium heat,

let come to a boil, boil 12 minutes or until pineapple is soft.

Stir in one pack Jello Strawberry and stir until dissolved.

Pour into jelly jars and cool.  Stand 30 minutes and seal.
