Rose Hip Jam

1 Cup Rose Hips - prepared
3/4 Cup Water
1 Lemon - Juice only
3 Cup Sugar
1 Pkg Pectin
3/4 Cup Water
 
Place first three ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
 
Gradually add sugar while blender is running, blend for 5 minutes
or until sugar is dissolved.  
 
In a sauce pan, add pectin to last water, boil hard for one minute.
 
Pour hot mix into the blender and blend one minute.
 
Pour into jars and refrigerate or freeze.
