Corn Relish

18 ears Corn
1 Cabbage
6 Onion
2 QT Vinegar
4 CUP Sugar - White
1/8 LB Mustard
1/2 CUP Salt
Cook and cool corn so kernels come off easy.
Cook all together for one hour.  Hot Pack


***If the cabbage gives a strong odor, put cinnamon sticks in a saucepan with water
