Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup Shortening
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 cup warm water with 1 1/2 tsp Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
4 cups Flour plus enough to make a stiff dough
Pkg of mini chocolate chips (option flavors)
Do not over mix, should be like biscuit dough
Mix and spoon onto parchment paper lined sheet
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
