Kiss Christmas Cookies

1/2 Cup Butter (1 Stick), Margarine, or Shortening - softened
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg beaten
1 TSP Vanilla
2 Cup Cake Flour (fluffier, AP works as well)
1/2 TSP Baking Soda
1/4 TSP Salt
2 TBL Milk
Sugar Glitter
Large Hershey Cherry Cordial Kisses
Mix first 4 on medium high until light and fluffy.
On slow, add all except Glitter and Kisses.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes, return between panning to keep cookie 
from spreading when cooking.
Form into balls using Tablespoon measure for amount.
Push ball into glitter on a plate and flatten (only one side, so not to burn)
Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes, until light brown edge or 12 minutes.
Do not touch test or remove from pan.  
Wait 2 minutes then push kiss into center and then remove from pan
Should be warm enough for the Kiss to melt on the bottom into cookie
