For a Pellet Stove- Set grill to medium  and preheat.
Place ham, face down on grill, wrap top half in foil and
cook for 2 1/2 hours for 10 pound.
Remove ham and and set in bowl, remove foil.
Mix the sugar, mustard, jelly, and enough water to make a paste.
Brush heavily on ham and return to the grill without foil for 1/2 hour.
Let set for 15 minutes after removing from heat before slicing.
The apple jelly will remove some salt and add sweet, the mustard adds flavor and
offsets the sugars.  For less sweet, try pineapple slices and the canned juice instead of
the apple jelly and juice.  For pellet stoves, use the apple, pineapple does not work.
