Shredded Cabbage 


2 LB Hamburg
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 CUP Onion - thin sliced  Optional
2 CUP Cabbage - thin sliced
2 1/2 CUP Cooked Long Grain Rice
32 OZ V8 Juice or Tomato Sauce or Tomato Soup

Brown hamburg, add salt, pepper, onion, and cabbage.

Fry until cabbage is soft, then mix in rice.

Spoon into 13x9 glass pan and cover with V8


Bake at 350F covered for 1 hour or until tender.
