Pizza Sauce

4 QTS Tomatoes - chopped unpeeled
1 Onion - chopped
1 TSP Pepper
1 TSP Red Pepper - Crushed
1 clove Garlic
1 TSP Oregano
1/4 TSP Basil
2 TSP Salt
1/4 CUP Sugar
1/4 CUP Butter - Melted
1/2 CUP Flour

In a large pan, tomatoes, onion, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are soft,

then run through colander.  Add red pepper, garlic, oregano, basil and salt.

Cook until flavors are well blended.  Mix sugar, butter, and flour to a smooth paste.

Stir into boiling sauce.  Stir to thicken, but in jars and steam 20 minutes, seal.
