7 CUP Flour
5 Eggs
1 CUP Mix of Butter and Margarine
Salt to taste
Mix and let stand covered, roll out and then work into Ravioli shapes.
  Many ways, easiest is with a tray made for Ravioli, it allows the dough to be inserted and
  cheese filling added and another dough layer on top. The old way was roll out half the dough.
  Place a TSP of cheese every four inches, then roll out rest of dough and cover cheese.
  Press out the air and cut into squares of rounds. Very important to get the air out before
  sealing or they will pop when cooked

Cheese Filling

3 Parts Ricotta Cheese
1 Part Cottage Cheese
Pepper to taste
3 Eggs

Cook in boiling water with salt
