Trout Almandine
3 Fresh Trout
1/2 LB Butter
1 1/2 CUP Powdered Almonds
1 Lemon

Sautee trout in butter, add oil if butter starts to turn

Mix a paste of butter, almonds, a pinch of salt, juice from lemon.

Insert the paste into the trout and overfill, then place on side in shallow pan.

Bake at 350F for one hour or until fish flakes.
