Mix in a large bowl, scoop and shape.
 
You can pan fry to get crisp edges and 
stay together better.  Or bake to remove
some of the grease, broil will give a unique texture.
 Just dropping in sauce will work, takes longer to 
cook and may fall apart.  I soak the breadcrumbs 
in milk to soften and eliminate the sauce from 
going into the meatballs which makes them break
 
Hamburg in the 75-80 % holds together, 90-95%
is too lean and crumbles.
