Spaghetti Sauce using V8 Juice
1 to 2 LBS Hamburg
1 Can Tomato Sauce (32oz)
1 Can Diced Tomato (28oz) or swap another sauce
1 TBL Dry Toasted Onion Flakes
1 1/2 TSP Dry Garlic Flakes
1 TSP Oregano
1/4 TSP Basil
1 Can V8 Juice (11oz)
If using fresh onion, fry over low heat in olive oil for 15 minutes or 
until caramelized then add hamburg.   
For the dry onion, cook the hamburg until browned then add onion
and the rest of the ingredients to a steel kettle ( not aluminum )
