Lemon Custard
Mary Birt
1 Lemon
1 CUP Sugar
1 CUP Milk
2 Eggs
1/8 TSP Salt
1 1/2 TBL Flour
1 TBL Butter - melted

Grate the lemon rind and add pulp and juice. Mix in butter.

In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.

Mix lemon into flour.  Beat in egg yolks, one at a time.

Add milk.

Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into lemon mix.

Bake at 350F until brown, 30 - 40 minutes.
