Maple Mousse

4 Eggs -  separated
1 CUP Maple Syrup
1 Pint Heavy Cream

Beat yolks and add syrup, then beat again.

Bring to boil in a shallow pan.  

Chill cream and egg whites, beat until stiff, then add yolks/syrup and beat well.

Pack in ice and salt and freeze for 6 hours.
