Peanut Butter Pie

2/3 CUP Sugar
2 1/2 TBL Cornstarch
1 TBL Flour
1/2 TSP Salt
3 CUP Milk
3 Eggs - slightly beaten
1/4 CUP Peanut Butter
1 TBL Butter
1 Pre-made Pastry Shell
 
In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, flour, and salt.
Add milk and cook over low heat, stir until thickens and boils.
Boil 2 minutes, then remove from heat, stir a small amount into the yolks and mix,
then add back to milk and cook one minute, stir constantly.
Add peanut butter and butter, stir until blended. 
Top with butter and bake at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes.
