Fructevia Pumpkin Chip Cookies
1 Cup Pumpkin Pie  (roughly 1/2 can)
  1/2 Cup Shortening    
1 Egg
  1/4 Cup Sugar Free Apple Sauce    
1/2 Cup Fructevia
2 Cup Flour
1/2 TSP Soda
1 TSP Cinnamon
2 TSP Baking Powder
1/2 TSP Salt
1 TSP Vanilla
2 TBL Milk
1 Cup Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Bits

Beat the egg, add sugar, shortening, and pumpkin. Set aside.

Sift flour with soda, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

Add flour mix to egg mix and milk.  Stir in rest.

Drop by teaspoon on greased or parchment lined cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
