What happened in NH to the Frasier mill?

It appears that the Berlin mill was being dismantled by North American Dismantling Corporation.
The only part left was the biomass boiler and Cate Street finished the paperwork on
Aug 23, 2011 to build a 75 megawatt biomass boiler.
Delay story.

The Gorham mill was in of interest and Cate Street was working on a deal when
the seller changed to Lynn Tilton’s Patriarch Partners.

GNP buying-

Berlin Daily

WCSH TV

Morning Sentinel

The stories all seem to point to the state landfill requirements that
both mills need to open, with Cate Street hinting the biomass boiler
similar to Berlin NH may be part of the deal.  Natural gas line to East
will have two years to be installed.  The biomass that Brookfield was
working with the state may not be similar to Cate Street, it may
have the power production of 40% of the old GNP system.
The state estimate is 200 workers within 2 years and up to 500 when
both mills are running.
